Relay For Life

Cody, Hannah, and I participated in the Relay for Life this year to raise money to fight cancer. It was one big party even though I had to walk several miles in the middle of the night. We raised $850 towards our team total of about $5,500. Here are some pictures and a video

Here is Hannah with the beautiful North Bend mountains in the background. It was a beautiful setting.

Here we have Hannah melting a frozen
T shirt on Cody's back. It was a contest to see who could melt it the fastest using only body
heat. We ended up using the pavement too because it too so long and Cody was turning blue!

Here is the "Team Captain" shirt that he got to keep. It had a few holes from the encounter with the pavement but he wore it for 3 days straight citing the fact that it was brown as the coolest thing about it. Other people actually thought he was a real Team Captain.

Finally, below is Cody's valiant effort to win the watermelon eating contest. He came in second!
